All measures are to be loaded onto the 2026 Measure folder, then fill out this Google Form with your measure information. This helps us organize your information to prepare for the conference. 

Only one form submission is required per measure, so please coordinate with your measure partner on who will submit. Make sure the primary sponsor (the sponsor who plans to present first) is listed first in both your measure document and in the form.

Delegates are to write measures with a measure partner - one will be assigned to the House and the other to the SENATE.  

DEADLINES: 
Measure Rough Draft:  Due Mid December

Measure First Draft: Due End of January

Measure Final Draft:  Due beginning of March
